How to Request a Home Visit

Home visits are for the housebound, and for people who are too poorly to come to the surgery. This is because 3 – 4 patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to complete 1 home visit. Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor who will wish to speak to you before they agree to visit. Our Patient Co-ordinators will take some brief details in order for the doctor to assess the urgency of each case. You may also be visited by our Paramedic.
