Hanham Health is seeking to recruit a variety of clinical roles to support its services and an exciting new access model for 2024.
With demands on General Practice being greater than ever, Hanham Health are evolving and are looking to implement a new system which puts staff welfare at the centre of this by implementing the BMA Safe Working in General Practice guidance as part of the new model.
We are keen to hear from General Practitioners who are looking for rewarding roles in General Practice on a full or part-time basis. As well as routine General Practice, we can offer the opportunity to work in research, minor surgery and vasectomy work, and also secure health and military environments. We are also keen to develop new work programs based on areas of interest that candidates may bring which support the Practice.
We are a 9 partner, 28,000 patient practice operating across 3 sites in Hanham, Oldland and Almondsbury, on the eastern edge of Bristol, with opportunites to work at any of these sites. We offer competitive salaries and bespoke training leading to recognised qualifications where appropriate.
We:
· Pride ourselves on our family ethos
· Are a training practice
· Offer mentorship, protected learning time and have an excellent existing clinical team of nurse practitioners, paramedics, pharmacists, physios and a mental health worker.
· Are an integral part of two well-functioning PCN's, along with local practices.
· Value teamwork, flexibility and can offer the opportunity to work in other areas eg research, military medicine, secure health and minor surgery.

· Recognise the value of a portfolio career and are able to accommodate a wide range of working patterns.
· Actively encourage staff development and progression with opportunities to develop leadership roles.
· Can offer flexible and remote working where appropriate.
· Have an excellent admin team and are working to improve processes further to reduce clinical workload.
· Use EMIS Web and accuRx.
